We supply, install, configure and support products from world leaders in IT including HP, Microsoft, Dell, Cisco and ZyXEL. Our comprehensive IT support services include, on-site and remote support, with no charges for support visits on any product covered under your support contract.
The flexibility of our contracts is unique, we can taylor make our support services to fit you exact business needs. We can customise the following areas for you;
- Hours of Coverage, from 9am to 5pm through to 24 hour support
- Service Level Agreement Levels from 2 hour onsite engineer to 16 working hours
- Choose different Service Level Agreements per product
- Remote support or remote & on-site support
- Length of the contract from 3 to 24 months, or even pay as you go.
- Hardware only, software only or full support
- Included on-site hours, from 4 hours per month to 40 hours per week
We offer sound advice and give appropriate solutions to issues on your computer network, helping to maximise the use of equipment you have, improve speed, functionality and resiliance.

Pay as you go IT Support. Smaller companies can find fixed term, fixed cost I.T support contacts daunting, so we offer a pay as you go service. For a small registration fee we log you onto our systems but do not charge you a penny until you need us. Peace of mind without the cost.
