Can you provide an engineer onsite today?

The short answer is yes. We can provide an emergency engineer onsite, anywhere in the UK, within four working hours. If you need an emergency engineer, contact us immediately on 0800 849 8585. We can provide support for your IT systems as well as telephone system support for systems from all of the leading manufacturers, whether your system is old or new.

Our emergency engineer service is free of charge for all of our support customers. If you are not one of our support customers, you will need to have your credit/debit card at hand to pay the up-front cost. The basic charge for this service is £95 plus VAT and £45 plus VAT after the first hour. Any hardware required to repair your system will also be chargeable. We will need details of the systems you have, as well as any information about the suspected fault.

Do you support legacy systems?

Yes, we do support legacy systems as well as newer systems. Because we specialise in engineering, we have developed a wealth of knowledge and experience with telephone systems over the years. We offer legacy telephone system support for an extensive range of systems, from all of the leading manufacturers. We even support systems that other providers have made end of life and no longer support.
