We offer both on-site and remote Telephone System Support and Maintenance Service on a pay as you go basis, meaning you can call on us to assist with office moves and changes to your system such as swapping names, ringing patterns and voice-mail programming, as well as any technical faults that have occurred.
Unlike a standard Telephone System Support and maintenance contract (where parts are covered), you will need to pay a call out charge as well as the cost of any replacement parts. The service we provide is fast and efficient, getting you up and running again as quickly as possible.
Call-outs are charged at £95 plus VAT for the first 90 minutes on-site, which is usually the maximum time required to fix your system. The failure of a telephone system can range from minor to complicated. Consequently, the time taken to resolve it will vary depending on its magnitude and, in rare cases, Midland Telecom Networks Ltd will need to charge an additional hourly fee of £39 plus vat for any time spent over the initial 90 minutes. This way, if the fault is minor, you do not have to pay for a full day as you would with many other support companies.
Remote pay as you go support is charged at £35.00 per hour plus VAT, with a minimum charge of £25.00. We can dial into your system or remotely access it from your PC if you install our support application.
